Privacy Notice

1. Controller and contact

2. Data we process

• order and contact data: name, email, telephone, company, company/VAT IDs, delivery and billing addresses and notes;
• ordered variants, prices, VAT, carrier, order status and payment status;
• contact requests and follow-up communication;
• verification data and ARES or VIES results;
• limited technical and security data such as IP address, request time and server logs;
• cookie choice and, only after consent, analytics or marketing identifiers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• orders, payments, delivery, returns and complaints – contract performance or pre-contract steps;
• accounting, tax and other statutory duties – legal obligation;
• responding to requests – steps requested by you or legitimate customer-service interests;
• service security, abuse prevention and legal claims – legitimate interests;
• optional analytics and marketing measurement – consent, withdrawable in cookie preferences.

4. Recipients

Data is shared only as needed with infrastructure and database providers, AWS SES for email, IOM for order management, PPL or DHL for delivery, Stripe when card payment is selected, and ARES/VIES services for identifier verification. Internal operational communication tools may be used for service alerts.

Google Tag Manager and connected analytics or marketing services load only after consent and only when configured. If you voluntarily open a WhatsApp link, Meta/WhatsApp processes data as a separate service under its own terms.

5. International transfers

Some suppliers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, we use an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate supplementary safeguards.

6. Retention

Order data is kept for contract performance and then as necessary for complaints, legal claims and accounting or tax duties. Contact requests are kept until resolved and for a reasonable follow-up period. Security logs are kept only as long as needed to protect the service. Your cookie choice remains in the browser until changed or deleted.

Data is deleted or anonymised when the purpose ends and no legal reason for continued retention remains.

7. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent. Contact info@ilico.io. We may reasonably verify your identity.

You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz, or the supervisory authority in your country of habitual residence.

8. Automated checks and security

ARES and VIES automatically verify company or VAT identifiers for order checks and price calculation. We do not carry out profiling or solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, input validation and separation of card data at the payment provider.

9. Changes

We may update this notice when services, providers or legal requirements change. The current date is always shown here and material changes will be communicated appropriately.
